Elizabeth Arden Launches Web Commerce Site Utilizing PFSweb's End2End eCommerce® Platform

(Nasdaq: PFSW), – an international provider of end-to-end eCommerce solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Elizabeth Arden, Inc, a global prestige beauty products company, to redesign and provide ongoing support for the direct-to-consumer eCommerce site, www.elizabetharden.com, in the United States. The redesigned Elizabeth Arden eCommerce site was launched on March 28, 2012.

Under the agreement, PFSweb launched the redesigned eCommerce site for all products under the Elizabeth Arden brand name, which includes Elizabeth Arden skin care, makeup and fragrance beauty products. Visitors to the redesigned site (www.elizabetharden.com) will discover a modern look with enhanced usability, increased product and brand content, intuitive navigation and an improved shopping experience.

Allen, TX Named New Site for PFSweb Corporate Headquarters

PFSweb, Inc. (the "company") (Nasdaq: PFSW), will relocate its corporate headquarters to Allen, TX in a move that is expected to bring more than 650 new jobs to Allen in coming years.

PFSweb, a provider of end-to-end web commerce solutions, signed a 10-year lease on 95,877 square feet at 505 Millennium Drive, occupying a facility that had been vacant for more than eight years. The Allen Millennium Park facility was selected after a thorough competitive process led by advisors Cushman & Wakefield that included numerous comparable properties in the cities of Richardson, Dallas, Frisco and Plano. PFSweb selected the City of Allen and the Millennium facility due to the quality of the city’s workforce, the desirable business environment, a favorable local economy and the various attractive financial and space flexibility dynamics of the Millennium facility, among other factors. PFSweb expects to relocate to the Allen facility during the latter part of the first quarter of 2012.

PFSweb also recently announced that it will relocate its call center operations from its current location in Plano to Renaissance Tower in downtown Dallas. PFSweb considered moving its corporate headquarters to Dallas as well, but ultimately chose to keep the operation in Collin County.

"Recruiting quality businesses and jobs to Allen is what we do, and this deal is an outstanding example of our mission," said Dan Bowman, interim executive director of the AEDC. "Not only does PFSweb plan to invest more than $4 million in its new headquarters, it will also create hundreds of high-wage jobs that bring value to Allen through future sales tax and residential property construction."

The company plans to initially locate 350 jobs in Allen and create an additional 300 jobs over the next five to 10 years, Bowman said.

PFSweb’s state-of-the-art headquarters space will include the latest concepts in tech office space design that will provide its staff a highly productive and collaborative work environment while also providing a multitude of casual comforts and amenities that are designed to reduce workplace stress and promote employee health and wellness. Bright open spaces promoting the flow of natural light throughout the open office environment are included throughout the facility. The design concepts throughout the complex deploy a liberal use of "green" construction techniques designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

The AEDC offered an economic incentive package based on job creation and the achievement of specific capital investment benchmarks, and the Allen City Council nominated the company for consideration of incentives from the Texas Enterprise Zone program.

The deal is one of the top three office leases in the Metroplex for the fourth quarter of 2011, according to market research provided by CoStar. PFSweb Announces Agreement with Columbia Sportswear Company to Support Global Ecommerce Expansion

LIEGE, BE, February 23, 2012 – PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSW), an international provider of end-to-end eCommerce solutions, today announced it has launched an agreement with Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in the active outdoor apparel and footwear industries, to provide online direct-to-consumer support services throughout Europe and Canada for the company’s Columbia and Sorel brands. Columbia Sportswear Company was able to complete one of its largest e-commerce initiatives through this agreement with PFSweb. The first phase of the expansion included eighteen localized sites in Canada, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Austria, Spain and the U.K. The first site launched in the U.K. on September 5, 2011, followed by the remaining countries on September 19, 2011. Future phases will include additional sites in these and other regions.

PFSweb was selected to provide multiple direct-to-consumer services for the Columbia and Sorel sites, including customer order and payment processing, information exchange functionality, account management and reporting services as well as distribution logistics management services and website sales returns processing services.

The agreement enlists PFSweb’s global warehousing and product fulfillment capabilities, which are supported by PFSweb’s distribution centers in Liege, Belgium and Toronto, Canada. PFSweb also provides customer contact services in each of the countries with agents staffed to support multiple languages from both locations.

L’Oréal USA Selects PFSweb to Launch Multiple eCommerce Sites for Individual Brands

Four e-commerce brand sites launched, two more to follow

PLANO, Texas, January 4, 2012– PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSW), an international provider of end-to-end eCommerce solutions, today announced that they previously signed a five-year master agreement with L’Oréal USA, the New York-based subsidiary of L’Oréal S.A., a worldwide leader in the cosmetics industry, to develop and manage multiple end-to-end eCommerce solutions for some of L’Oréal’s most prestigious brands.

Under the master agreement, PFSweb has launched customized eCommerce sites for four L’Oréal brands, including Kiehl’s Since 1851, Lancôme, Yves St. Laurent Beauty and Giorgio Armani Beauty, all in calendar year 2010. Two additional brand sites are expected to launch in calendar year 2012. The solutions include high-touch customer care, fully branded order fulfillment, comprehensive financial transaction management, and interactive marketing services. This agreement has been previously announced and referred to as a master agreement with a luxury beauty and fragrance client.

O'Neill
O'Neill, the original Californian surf, snow and lifestyle brand has selected PFSweb Europe for the launch of its new European e-shop. The site, www.oneilleshop.com, which sells O'Neill branded merchandise, is initially available in France, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium, and will shortly go live to the UK.

PFSweb constructed the custom site and transaction management system for O'Neill. PFSweb supports the site's inventory control and warehousing, order fulfilment, quality control, on-line payment processing and collection activities, returns processing, and account management from its centralized Distribution Centre in Liege, Belgium. PFSweb also provides O'Neill customers with phone and email support in French, Dutch, German and English languages.

Belgacom
The Belgacom Group, the Belgium's reference provider of integrated telecommunication services, has selected PFSweb to Support its eCommerce Initiative for Sales of Laptops & Televisions www.e-belgacom.be.

PFSweb will provide inbound goods receiving & warehousing, inventory control, order processing & fulfilment, quality control, outbound distribution, web development, design & hosting services, call centre services, on-line payment processing and collection activities, returns processing, transportation services, periodic reporting and account management support to customers, from its European Headquarters, located in Liege, Belgium.

Comptoir des Cotonniers
PFSweb Europe has been chosen by Comptoir des Cotonniers, one of the world leaders in the apparel & accessories fashion industry for women and girls, to support its e-Commerce Initiative (www.comptoirdescotonniers.com) in France and with planned extensions in the rest of Europe, starting on September 29th 2008.

PFSweb Europe will provide Online Store Services (Online Payments Services) and handle Order Fulfilment, Distribution (Receiving, checking and storage of apparels & accessories products; Orders preparation & shipment), Returns management, Customer Contact Centre Support and Financial Management (VAT reporting, Money collection, Fraud Management) Activities for the new online store of Comptoir des Cotonniers.

PFSweb will support Comptoir des Cotonniers's operations from its European campus (Liege-Belgium). PFSweb will utilize its advanced order management systems, supply chain and transportation management applications and warehouse management systems to support Comptoir des Cotonniers's complete supply chain and order fulfilment requirements.
