Before starting any project for a client, PFSweb implementation experts will effectively carry out implementation planning, daily project management, process development, training, and rigorous testing methodology.

PFSweb has built a technique with multiple quality checks to ensure both an efficient process and an accurate result. We use a team approach, leveraging experience to ensure success in the three phases of the client's program development and delivery. The three phases of program management include:

  1. Program design and implementation phase
  2. Transition phase
  3. Ongoing service management/operations phase

The Implementation Team (Project Manager) conducts phases I and II, the Client Services Management Team conducts phase III. Prior to the completion of solution implementation, PFSweb engages the Client Services Management Team in order to allow for a seamless transition between phases. PFSweb's client support philosophy is based on a synergistic approach of blending experienced people into each account from various specialities in order to ensure quality.

To ensure continuity and consistency through all the phases of your program, a client management team is assigned to the client in the earliest stages of program development. The key responsibilities of this team are described below:

  • Leads service implementation
  • Staffs, motivates and develops the operations team
  • Identifies ongoing performance improvements
  • Creates and sustains a high performance work environment
  • Develops and supports client relationship
  • Applies industry knowledge
  • Negotiates and manages client's commitments, contract and expectations
