Catherine came to PFSweb in June 2007 to apply her extensive project management experience to PFSweb's implementation processes as Implementation Manager. Her success in directing the integration of PFSweb solutions smoothly and seamlessly into client operations earned her a promotion in September 2009 to E-Commerce & Implementation Manager as part of the European Management team.

Her responsibilities include project implementations, helpdesk, client solutions, e-commerce and IT.

Her team assists in designing the best solution (architecture and processes) for every new client, works with existing clients in order to maintain and more importantly to help them grow their e-business, and, is always looking for opportunities to improve today's processes.

Before joining PFSweb, Catherine has served as Senior Project Manager at Relaystar (Caterpillar Logistics) in Brussels, and was a Manager for Deloitte & Touche Management Solutions in New York.

Catherine holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Physics from the University of Liège and earned an MBA in Operations Management and Management of Technology from Georgia Tech, Atlanta, USA.
